- Bringing Your Own Vendors
- Certainly! We have an open vendor policy that allows you to select your preferred licensed & insured vendors, including catering, making it a cost-effective choice for our couples. We are happy to provide a list of recommended vendors to assist you in your planning.
- Event Hours
- The property is open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Additional event time can be added at $150 per hour. All events must conclude by 10:00 PM for property closure by 10:30 PM.
- Food Policy
- You are free to bring in your preferred catering services. Your caterer must be licensed and insured. We also permit food trucks as long as they meet size requirements and hold the necessary licenses and insurance – a delightful option for guests.
- Alcohol Policy
- You are welcome to bring in the licensed and insured bartending services of your choice to serve at our charming outdoor bar, if not using 1 of the 2 we’ve already approved and recommended. Tennessee state law requires if you are serving alcohol that a licensed bartending service must be used. Brides are responsible for providing proof of licensing to the Cardinals Nest for any bar service procedure procured.
- Set Up and Tear Down Service
- Rental cost includes tables and chairs, with our team handling the set up and tear down of all furniture.
- Linen Provision
- We do not offer linens, but lace runners are available as part of our decor for a small fee. Many brides opt not to use tablecloths to showcase our beautifully crafted tables.
- Day of Coordination
- Yes, day-of coordination is mandatory and can be arranged for a nominal fee. This service is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of your event, allowing you to savor every moment of your special day!
